My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had too many small lights that stayed on all night, which was quite annoying and made it hard to sleep, especially when concerts were held in the park nearby, resulting in a noisy environment. The service, however, was excellent with staff going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and even offering helpful shopping tips when needed.

However, there were some challenges with lost luggage and communication during our stay.
