Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues Noted

The air conditioning worked well. This was definitely a relief.
The soundproofing was an issue. I easily heard conversations from neighboring rooms. The housekeeping staff was quite loud, banging doors frequently during the day. Service in the bar area seemed slow. It often took a while to get assistance, a disappointment.

i appreciated the warm welcome from the staff. the facilities were very clean and well-kept throughout my visit. the staff were always available with a smile and were ready to assist with any requests i had.
the extra bed i requested for a family member wasn't prepared. this required a follow-up even after returning from dinner, a bit inconvenient. the provided spare pillows were of poor quality.

the hotel is close to many shopping streets, local restaurants, and sightseeing places. access to transportation is easy, with bus stops and metro stations within walking distance. it made exploring the area very convenient.

the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the indoor pool is a great size for a refreshing swim any time of day. the spa offers various treatments and has a relaxing atmosphere.
