Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfy rooms and a very friendly staff. However, the dining options could have been more varied. The location was excellent, and the facilities were well-maintained. The value for money was fair, but there were a few minor downsides.
I found the hotel to be at a good location near Taksim Square. The rooms were neat and satisfactory, although a bit more spacious would have been nice. The service, especially from Mr Fareht, the front office manager, was exceptional, and the staff made my stay enjoyable. The dining options were nice but could have been better considering the hotel's standard. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were a bit small for two people, but they had all the essentials and were quiet and comfy. The service was exceptional, especially the Guest Relations manager who went above and beyond to accommodate us. The location was perfect for exploring Istanbul, although there were some issues with room maintenance. The dining experience was good but had limited options. The facilities met our needs, but there was room for improvement.
The hotel offers very clean and extra-large rooms, conveniently located near metro and bus stops. The staff, especially Unsal, was very helpful during the night shift. The location is vibrant and in a pedestrian zone, close to Takism and with a great coffee and chocolate cake spot nearby. The dining experience was superb despite a misunderstanding about breakfast pricing.
