The hotel has amazing rooms with panoramic windows and great views, although there was a slight decline since my first visit. The service was professional and very helpful in every situation. The hotel offers a big room with comfortable beds, but at times, the carpet on the floor can make it feel cold on your feet. Ceren provided helpful service with photocopies and stapling, but there were language barriers with some staff members.
