i liked that the hotel was near a large shopping center. the staff also provided parking services. i found the bed comfortable too. also breakfast had a rich and varied selection.
i noticed the hotel did not enforce non smoking rules. the room smelled of cigarettes. also, the hotel exterior windows were dirty. they clearly had not been cleaned in quite some time.

the staff were cute and helpful, acceptable.
i found a constant foul smell coming from the bathroom. the sofas had stains, a surprise i didn't welcome. the bathroom towels, though washed, seemed old and worn.

the breakfast had a lot of options and tasted fresh.
the front desk staff showed a lack of professionalism (one lady acted like a traffic cop, not cute). an extra charge of 30 euros per night applied for my companion even after informing them of two guests in the room. this fee should have been clear on the website. this lack of transparency affected trust in the hotel's system.

The staff were very good too meet all my needs. Management clearly aims for happy, helpful service. My room was clean and spacious, precisely what I needed. The hotel's location is convenient, as a mall is very close. I also found the coffee shops and restaurants downstairs helpful for daily planning.
The gym had limited options. It needs more up-to-date equipment.
