Good, But a Few Issues Existed

The breakfast included an amazing choice. I really liked the facilities. It is also located near a bus stop and metro. This provided access to transportation toward attractions.
The windows looked really dirty. These conditions affected my opinion about the premises.

The staff, especially Nilay from Guest Relations, was attentive and professional! She ensured I had everything I needed. Such amazing service. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I slept so well! Breakfast was well-served and nicely presented. It was a feast!
The gym could use some new equipment. Some of the machines felt a bit outdated.

The breakfast was rich, excellent, and varied. I enjoyed the wide selection of items available each morning! The restaurant manager, Mr Gökhan, and Miss Israa provided great service, ensuring all guests were well taken care of during peak hours.

Nilay, the guest relations representative, were great too. She constantly checked in to ensure I had everything I needed! The reception staff offered prompt and courteous assistance with all inquiries, even during busy periods.

i found the food to be really good. the transfer service was amazing and definitely worth the price. the hospitality was great from start to finish. i was placed in my room immediately upon arrival. the room was comfy and clean. the room service was excellent. i will stay again.
