perfect air conditioning many choices amazing view
i stayed in a superior double or twin room sea view and the view was amazing!!! the air conditioning worked perfectly. breakfast offered many choices and was very good.
the walls seemed a bit thin, as i could sometimes hear noises from the hallway.

the reception team was very supportive i got an upgrade to a sea-view room the rooms were clean and spacious i also appreciated the underground parking the hotel offered it was a great value.

the hotel's location allows very easy access to istiklal street taksim square and the metro station it takes about two minutes to walk there this proximity is very useful for exploring the city.

the staff offered really good care the reception team was particularly helpful and friendly the breakfast staff was attentive and accommodating they were always ready to assist with any requests.

street noise inconsistent temperature
the room i received wasn't properly soundproofed. street noise was constant, ambulances blared through the night! it made sleep nearly impossible? the shower had some issues with temperature fluctuations it was either scalding hot or freezing cold! it was difficult to get a consistent, comfortable water temperature.

The spa was spacious. It had clean facilities. I used the gym. It featured three treadmills. I found the breakfast generous. There was a wide variety of options. I did like the Bosphorus view from my room. The breakfast area provided the same view.
The room walls seemed thin so I heard corridor noises.

lovely stay
clean room excellent service convenient proximity friendly reception
the cleaning lady provided excellent service and maintained a very clean room i found the proximity to istiklal street convenient i felt very welcomed by the reception staff their hospitality made my visit really good hilal at the reception was particularly helpful and friendly.
the corridor could sometimes be a little noisy disrupting the otherwise peaceful atmosphere within the room

fresh food reasonable price committed personnel
I found the hotel updated beyond expectations. I noted the personnel seemed genuinely committed to helping guests. Breakfast includes many choices and fresh food. I found the price more than reasonable considering this.
The air conditioner in my room was not powerful enough. I suggest better climate control for summer months.
