the location was indeed very central. i could easily walk to many key sites. the breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options. the staff were helpful with directions.

the room carpets had noticeable stains. the curtains also had some visible stains. the bathroom cleaning seemed rushed, as some mirrors were not properly cleaned .

Really good Staff and Prime Location

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The location is close to major attractions like the Sophia Hagia Mosque. It was a short walk. I also appreciated the stable and strong WiFi. It had no issues. Breakfast had a rich variety of food and delicate service.

The hotel didn't want to help resolve my issue with a large number of rooms booked. They put me on hold for a long time. When I asked the manager to contact me, they didn't do it. The second day I tried again. They put me on hold for over 10 minutes.

bad smell plumbing problem

the location was good for accessing attractions.

there was a bad smell in our room and staff said there was no issue. they sprayed air freshener, but the smell quickly returned suggesting a plumbing problem they weren't addressing. i was short with reception when i asked again, that was not good.

The hotel staff was helpful. They quickly addressed all my requests. the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. i found the location unbeatable, with access to key sites. i appreciated the complimentary bottled water provided daily.

The gym equipment showed some wear and tear. Some machines needed maintenance.

major attractions excellent service respectful staff

The location was amazing. It was very close to major attractions. The service was excellent, and breakfast was great. Emre at the front desk helped me book tours. I appreciated that he was courteous. Everything exceeded my expectations (the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower).
