Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms, great service, and an excellent location. However, some aspects may not meet typical Peninsula standards.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms lacked natural light on the 6th floor, and cleanliness was an issue, but the separate bedroom and large bathroom were a plus. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The location was absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Fifth Avenue with great shopping and dining options nearby. Dining was a hit-and-miss, with good food but slightly overpriced. The facilities were decent overall.
Our stay at the hotel was a mix of wonderful surprises in the excellent and luxurious rooms, but the carpeting in all rooms, due to being a pet-friendly hotel, made cleanliness a concern. The service offered us the Royal treatment with very attentive staff, though the cluttered look of the walls gave a mixed impression. The location, right in the center of midtown NYC, was perfect for exploring the city, and the dining experience was enjoyable despite the high price for basic items.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The room overlooked 5th Avenue and was nicely appointed, adding to the enjoyability, but it was very small with a terrible view of walls and HVAC equipment. The service, on the other hand, was impeccable and friendly, keeping up with the hotel's reputation. The location was superb, central on 55th and 5th, near shopping areas and Central Park. The dining experience was a bit overpriced but offered the best meal I had in New York. Ultimately, the facilities were modern and convenient.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but a steamer would have been handy for quick touch-ups. The location was superb, putting me right in the heart of the city. The dining was good, though a bit overpriced. The service was of a standard I would expect, friendly and accommodating.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and technology-friendly, though the price was a bit high. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to please. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The dining experience was good but a bit pricey. Overall, a wonderful hotel with great amenities.
