adequate stay overall
comfortable bed helpful staff beautiful view high food prices closed pool remote location
the room was clean it included a comfortable bed i also liked the available wi-fi it allowed me to work efficiently. the staff was mostly helpful they quickly addressed my concerns i found them to be responsive. the sea view was beautiful i could enjoy it from my room it was quite relaxing.
i found the food prices to be high especially compared to nearby restaurants the costs added up quickly. the indoor pool was closed this was disappointing as i planned to use it to relax. the hotel is not very close to the city center this made exploring a bit difficult.

The hotel offered a big room, so I did have enough space. I found the gym to be very nice. The breakfast had a good variety too.
The hot water in the shower was a problem. It went from cold to scolding. I found the beds were not comfortable at all. The pillows were too soft for me.

my room was clean and neat. i found the staff quite kind. the gym is well maintained and has multiple machines. i used the executive lounge and enjoyed the space.
the hotel is a little far from city center.

i found the rooms to be super clean and well maintained. ms hande was particularly friendly and helpful . i also appreciated the easy and reasonable parking facilities. the hotel offered quick check in making the arrival process smooth.

I found the room super clean. Housekeeping does a great job! The bathroom design was very modern. I appreciated the amazing close location from Bakirkoy bazaar. The staff were very helpful!
I noticed the breakfast was a little expensive, compared to other options around.
