A Tender Escape

spacious room immaculate condition free parking
The Beautiful Double Room was spacious and immaculate. I liked the smart TV. The free parking was also very convenient, as I had rented a car to explore the surrounding area. The breakfast had a sufficient selection.

The staff were consistently polite and helpful. Guest communication specialist Berkan provided really good service. The waiters in the restaurant were also notably nice , especially Saban and Kaan.

The hotel is near the Mall of Istanbul , only a short taxi ride away. The 212 shopping mall is a short walk down the street. I found it a strategic zone for getting around by car for work.

amazing room, great stay!

helpful staff warm reception excellent service
i found the staff helpful. bugra at the reception. deniz, the bell boy, also provided excellent service! i was very grateful for their assistance.
The air conditioner in the room did not work properly for a few days, requiring daily calls to a technician. this was quite inconvenient. the tv connection was also unreliable. It often disconnected after only an hour.

the restaurant staff was kind. yilmaz provided very good service. the breakfast had many choices and tasted good! i enjoyed the variety of options available each morning.
