The hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and quiet, but it took numerous calls to reception to get the temperature adjusted. The service had its ups and downs, with some staff being very helpful while others seemed clueless. The location was decent but lacked nearby amenities. The dining options varied from day to day, but the overall quality was below expectations.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with marble walls and a bathtub, although the air conditioning was not effective during my stay. The bright rooms provided a nice view, but the overall comfort could have been better. The service, especially from Atakan in room service, was exceptional, with a work-oriented and polite approach. The location, while strategic if you have a car, was not ideal for easily finding great food and required additional transportation for city sightseeing. The dining experience was average, lacking some options and specific items like cream for honey. Despite some shortcomings, the hotel had some positive aspects worth noting, such as the helpful staff and proximity to metro stations.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with marble walls and bath tub, though not soundproof, but very nice and clean. The service is outstanding, especially from the lady always there and Atakan in room service. However, there were some issues with a staff member dropping us off abruptly. The location, though clean, is in an industrial area, yet conveniently close to a shopping center by taxi or metro. The dining experience was delicious but had some challenges with the coffee machine. Overall, a lovely stay with a few hiccups.
The hotel rooms looked exactly like the pictures, even with double-glazed windows closed, but being right next to the smoking area meant we could smell the smoke. The room had a good amount of natural light which I loved, although the location was a bit far from major attractions.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were big and clean, perfect for three persons. The service was helpful, although there were a couple of minor issues. The location was convenient, but a bit isolated in an industrial area. The dining experience was good but could use more variety. The hotel facilities were satisfactory.
