Omer Dundar was kind and helpful when it came to serving food (he explained all the dishes in detail). He. He also took the time to explain the dishes in detail.
The maintenance came fast, but unfortunately, they did not fix anything.

smoke smellworn furniture
The room smelled faintly of smoke, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The reception offered a room scent spray. That didn't solve the underlying issue. I also found the furniture a little worn. It seemed like a refresh could be overdue, even though the hotel is not very old.

the staff were cute. ms. vesile greeted me warmly and checked on me. my room was located on a high floor and the view were amazing. breakfast had good options.
