terrible wifi billing ordeal
the wifi was terrible, it made working remotely very difficult. i also found the lack of a coffee machine in the room disappointing , especially considering the price. the reception staff seemed confident but struggled with the bill.

luxury touches helpful bellboys great restaurants suggestions comfortable beds
The luxury touches throughout the hotel are noticeable. Bell boys were very helpful, always available for luggage assistance and opening doors. The front desk provided excellent restaurant suggestions. The room featured very comfortable beds and upscale linens.
The breakfast selection was somewhat limited, lacking healthier options and a hot menu beyond the buffet.

The hotel is directly across from Borghese gardens. It offers easy access to the metro. This provides convenient transportation options for exploring nearby attractions and locations.

Breakfast has excellent views from the dining area. The rooftop bar has amazing views and a selection of drinks. Service there is fabulous.

The hotel has a fantastic location, within a short walk to the Trevi fountain. Spanish steps are also close, which allows easy access to famous sites. This is a huge benefit for sightseeing.

prompt service easy access missing mirror limited equipment
I enjoyed the prompt service at check-in. My room had a well-stocked mini-bar. Breakfast offered many options. I liked the easy access to nearby attractions.
My room lacked a full-length mirror. The gym had limited equipment. I found no iron or ironing board available. The indoor bar wasn't open .
