i found the staff at reception both cute and friendly. they even showed me some points of interest near the hotel. breakfast was great, with a good variety of options. the hotel's location made it easy to move around and explore the area.
i noticed the rooftop bar closed earlier than expected. after a long day of touring, i would have appreciated it if it stayed open longer. perhaps complimentary water in the lobby with recyclable cups would have been beneficial.

I found the location convenient. I walked to numerous historical sites with ease. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, assisting with directions and reservations. The rooftop bar provided amazing views, especially enjoyable during sunset.
The elevator was somewhat slow, occasionally causing slight delays.
