fantastic experience!
friendly staff great breakfast easy location
i found the staff at reception both cute and friendly. they even showed me some points of interest near the hotel. breakfast was great, with a good variety of options. the hotel's location made it easy to move around and explore the area.
i noticed the rooftop bar closed earlier than expected. after a long day of touring, i would have appreciated it if it stayed open longer. perhaps complimentary water in the lobby with recyclable cups would have been beneficial.

the staff provided a good introduction to the city. they also shared tips for locations unknown to me before the trip. i received assistance with taxis very quickly.

convenient location helpful staff rooftop views
I found the location convenient. I walked to numerous historical sites with ease. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, assisting with directions and reservations. The rooftop bar provided amazing views, especially enjoyable during sunset.
The elevator was somewhat slow, occasionally causing slight delays.

My Suite Terrace included a large private terrace with comfortable seating. The room featured contemporary decor and provided ample space with good natural light. It included a Nespresso machine and complimentary water bottles. I LIKED this!!!

fantastic location friendly staff tasty option
The location is fantastic, a total win! the staff were really good. Their friendliness really shone. breakfast was an absolute highlight with so many tasty options available.
the elevator was occasionally a bit slow, but it was manageable.

cramped room small bathroom
the staff was polite.
The executive room i booked did not align with the online photos. the room felt cramped. It barely had space for movement. also, the bathroom was uncomfortably small.
