A Sicilian Dream Realized

Hanin and Khalil gave really good service. Angelica Mazzola were really nice too ensure we had a very good experience. She ran everything impeccably. The entertainment team..
I found the poolside seat reservation system inconvenient. Guests placed towels early. Lifeguards were present, yet enforcing the 'no reservation' rule proved challenging.

Our family bungalow offered ample space. It was well kept with regular housekeeping, providing fresh towels. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were supplied. These smelled lovely and added a touch of luxury to our daily routine.

I found the check-in fast and the staff helpful. The bungalow accommodation included everything I needed and was very clean. I particularly enjoyed meals at Portofino, as the food was amazing. I recommend a visit to Cefalù. The hotel bus.

The Sicania buffet offered many food choices, including a large salad station and pizza. There were options for meat, fish, hot dishes and desserts. The outdoor seating area provided a pleasant dining atmosphere. I enjoyed everything.

The staff was professional and kind. The service was organized. I received prompt assistance with requests for missing items in my room. Daniela kept my room super clean. She was easily one of the friendliest people I've met.

Our room had comfortable beds with a nice bathroom. The view was good! Room keys integrated into the wristband were a clever feature. A housekeeper cleaned the rooms daily and maintained everything beautifully.

i appreciated the cleanliness of the bungalow i stayed in it had a walk-in shower in the spacious bathroom the location felt peaceful i found the room quite large.

i found the staff to be attentive. Veronica at the reception and lobby bar took great care of us. the hotel maintained excellent cleanliness, and the daily room service was thorough. the bali bed evening was an amazing experience.

The staff proved very helpful. Rooms were clean and quite modern. I liked that staffing chose my table for meals. This saved my time. They brought tea and coffee to the table and interacted with clientele.

dirty dishesloud layout
The buffet food disappointed me. The dishes were often dirty and it was hard to get a staff member to refill my drinks. The layout of the resort felt more like a dormitory and was very loud. I also noticed no one restocked the fridge , frustrating.
