the location was fantastic, slightly removed from the city center. the staff was helpful, always available, and provided quick assistance. adam, the bartender, created amazing drinks. breakfast offered several good options.
the soundproofing in the rooms was not very good. it was difficult to sleep because of the noise from other guests.

our beautiful double room included modern amenities like a mini fridge and safe. it featured a comfortable king size bed with premium bedding. the bathroom had a rainfall shower head and complimentary toiletries were restocked daily. it was great!

The orange juice at breakfast tasted artificial (i was quite disappointed by that). also, the soundproofing between rooms is really bad. I could hear everything my neighbors said. it made it hard to relax, especially at night. it's something they should really fix because otherwise, the stay was okay.

the hotel staff seemed helpful enough.
The shower was an awkward shape. I did not like it. the mini-fridge barely worked, a big problem when i wanted to keep drinks cold. there are better hotels available for the price i paid. I felt quite annoyed.

i loved that the building had beautiful florentine charm. the rooms were very well refurbished and super clean. the location has easy access to authentic local dining options just around the corner. the building stood out as the highlight of my tuscany trip.
i think more storage like a full-length mirror in the room would be useful. also, an electric kettle would be a welcome addition, i could get hot water from the bar. the noise from other guests was hard, i could hear everything from neighboring rooms.
