The hotel staff was super friendly and very attentive, especially the young lady at the front desk. i really appreciated the porter handling the valet parking. It was a nice convenience. the welcome drink was a good touch, and the extra water provided upon departure was very thoughtful.

the ventilation hatch in my room ceiling opened on its own, a bit unsettling.

The location is so central. I moved everywhere super easy. The breakfast had a large selection! The staff gave welcome drinks that was cool. The lobby has piano playing constantly. This gives a fairy tale air.

The check-in took some time as every cost item got explained in detail.

i found the room decor somewhat basic for a five-star hotel. also, there was no noticeable fragrance in the room upon arrival.
