The hotel had some visible damage that should be fixed and was a little dated since 6 o'clock in the morning. The service, however, was fabulous and made our stay very pleasant. The location is awesome, close to the cathedral and Petite France. The dining experience was not so good with limited options.

The rooms had some issues with cleanliness, especially noticeable in the bathrooms where it looked like the carpet was dirty with large black footprint-like stains. The temperature in the room was a bit too cold for our liking, which might not be ideal for everyone, even though they are meant to merit a five-star category.
