I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The Serenity Suite was top-notch, providing a serene atmosphere, although a bit small. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The service was exceptional, especially allowing me to check in early at 9:00 am. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect for airport access and offices in Opfikon. The dining experience was good with a helpful staff but slightly overpriced. Overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel rooms were quite spacious and comfortable, making me feel like staying indoors all day. However, the lack of a microwave and pots and pans in the kitchenette and the small gap between double beds were noticeable downsides.
