The hotel offers lovely rooms with a great view of the lake, 2 balconies, and a super comfortable, large bed. The staff goes out of their way for kids, even leaving balloons in the room. The location is just perfect with a great walk in front of the hotel lakeside, right at the shores of Lac Leman. The dining experience is recommended, but breakfast was only available until 10:30 am on a Sunday. The hotel facilities are well-equipped and cater to various needs.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and warm, felt spacious and comfortable with an amazing view towards the lake from the balcony. The service was friendly and very helpful, providing high-quality service with excellent housekeeping. The location was small but very nice, perfect for a stroll along the quai or to and from the train station. The dining experience offered a superb buffet with fresh and inventive food. Overall, a great value for money option.
I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were up there with the best I've stayed in, and the location on the banks of Lake Geneva was perfect. However, there were some issues with the room not being made up even after breakfast and long waiting times late at night. The service was extremely professional and welcoming, among the most attentive I have ever experienced. The location was perhaps the best it could be in Vevey, close to the lake and city center, making it a peaceful haven. The dining experience was very pleasant overall, even though some dishes were not replenished.
My stay at the hotel was an overall pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a balcony offering fantastic views of the snow-clad Jungfrau. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, exceeding my expectations. The location was convenient, right on Lake Geneva, although some nearby restaurants and shops were closed. The dining options were delicious with a wide variety on the buffet. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the enjoyment of my stay.
