excellent central stay
good variety attentive service
I found the location very convenient. It was close to the city center! breakfast was very nice. It offered a good variety of options, ensuring there was something for everyone. Bogdan provided excellent service, as he was attentive and polite.
The air conditioning only worked after contacting the front desk and needing to open and close the window for a sensor to function. This process was quite annoying. one of the main reception staff members was also impolite.

The breakfast area was very nice. It provided ample space and a pleasant atmosphere to start the day. The breakfast included a good variety of options to cater to different tastes and dietary needs.

the location is very close to the city center, with access to many attractions and amenities. the hotel is barely a stone's throw from the main market square, putting it in the heart of the action.

the location was great. i could walk to many attractions from there. the breakfast had many choices and i enjoyed it very much.
my room was right next to a noisy area. music and loud people kept me awake at night. it was hard to sleep there.

unappealing view missed spots
My room was not what i hoped. it was small, and the view from the window was not appealing. the staff seemed unconcerned when i mentioned it. also, the cleaning staff missed some spots. There were hairs on the bathroom tiles. a fridge in the room would have been useful, but there wasn't one.
