Upon checking in, we were met with a room that was not up to par with cleanliness standards; pubic hair around the tub and toilet wasn't a pleasant sight. On a positive note, the room was adequately cooled. Despite the cooling, the overall state of the room left much to be desired, as it was old, smelly, and dirty.

My stay at the hotel was a complete disappointment. The room smelled like pets, mildew, and cigarettes with dirty bedding and bugs, forcing me to spend extra money on cleaning supplies. I will never stay there again, and I plan to contact the corporate office due to the poor conditions despite the high cost of my stay.
