Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a convenient location close to the beach with friendly staff, but the room situation may require adjustments and the dining options could be improved.
The hotel I stayed at had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were not as modern as shown in the pictures but were surprisingly beautiful - very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The service was top-notch, especially from Matthew at the adult pool, Harrison at Dunes Deli, and Courtney at Island Adventures, although I encountered a slightly snarky gate attendant. The location was excellent, perfect for beach lovers and golf enthusiasts, but there were some minor disruptions between 9 am to 2 pm and occasional outsider interference. The dining experience, unfortunately, fell a bit short with cold dishes and overall unimpressive options. However, the facilities offered were satisfactory with a range of amenities available. Price-wise, it offered good value for the money.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The room was nice but not what I had booked, and there were noise issues. The service was a mix of being out of sync with the resort activities yet also spectacular. The location was absolutely beautiful but pre-assigned, and the dining experience was beyond good, though costly. Overall, it was a mixed bag of experiences.
