I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and the bed was so comfy. The robes and slippers provided added a luxurious touch. The view of the harbor from my Magnolia King room was breathtaking. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff, except for one minor incident at the front desk. The location was ideal, close to many great dining options and attractions in Charleston. The dining experience was good, although the breakfast could have had more variety. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent facilities and attentive service.
I was a bit disappointed that the room we booked, a Magnolia King, didn't quite match the pictures, but it was still large and comfortable. The hotel offered afternoon tea, which was a lovely touch, but I did feel like I missed out on a usual vacation perk.

I'm thrilled with my stay at this hotel! The rooms were very modern for the historic area, beautiful, with large, high ceilings, and extremely comfortable. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to meet all of our needs, and the staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable. The location was perfect for soaking in the sites, offering breakfast in bed each morning, right on the waterfront, and within walking distance of some of the best restaurants and shops in Sport or Sport+ mode. The dining experience was good, and the facilities were top-notch.
