Reviews and Ratings
Even though the rooms were not the most spacious, they were lovely, clean, and extremely comfortable. The service was outstanding, with staff going out of their way to assist without being overbearing. The hotel's location was excellent, close to many eateries and within walking distance of Charleston's downtown area. The dining experience was fresh and tasty, especially at Henrietta's restaurant. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers spacious and extremely comfortable rooms, although they initially appeared cramped. The service is very responsive and accommodating, assisting with last-minute tour reservations. The location is excellent, close to downtown and wonderful eateries. The dining experience at Henrietta's is delicious, adding seasonal Southern touches to traditional breakfast items.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were super comfortable and quiet, with a lovely view of the city and church steeples surrounding the area. The only drawback was the loud music playing until the early hours of the morning.
I was pleasantly surprised by the well-appointed rooms and the nice touch of the turn-down service with a note about the next day's weather. However, the view facing the parking lot was not ideal, and the constant reminders about upgrade options for a fee felt a bit pushy for my liking.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were small with no desk and next to a noisy hallway, the hip and comfortable atmosphere, along with the live music and amazing drinks in the workout room, made up for it. The location was very convenient, right across from Marion Square and perfect for the wedding I was attending. The dining options were absolutely delicious, especially with the Bavarian Pretzel in the bar area, but I wish there were more breakfast choices. Overall, a nice stay with a few drawbacks.
Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The rooms are amazing, finely finished with super comfortable beds, and despite lacking a comfortable chair, the elegance and charm make up for it. The service was impeccable, they couldn't help us enough and even upgraded us to a stunning suite with all the luxurious amenities one can dream of. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of downtown Charleston, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The dining experience was excellent, especially at Henrietta's. While the facilities were top-notch, there were some minor issues with the service that could be improved. Overall, a wonderful stay with great value for money.
