I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms with the Grand Place view were excellent, larger than Parisian hotels of the same caliber, and looking onto an interior lightwell, truly worth upgrading if possible. The service was extremely helpful and pleasant throughout our stay, assisting with luggage, guiding us to parking facilities, and even booking a restaurant for us. The location was extraordinary, offering easy access to the Metro Station, shops, museums, and art galleries, especially convenient for our limited mobility. While dining at the hotel could be improved, the facilities exceeded our expectations.
