i needed a three bedroom residence and booked it at this address. the residence itself was amazing. the staff was very helpful and was superb (they remembered my name!). the hotel's location is convenient for seeing many sites and is also safe.
the tv in the room did not work for the entire stay. for the last three days, they wanted to change the room. i had already changed rooms once because the washing machine broke down in the first room.

the apartment was super clean on arrival. the food was delicious and breakfast was one of the best i had. thank you for such a wonderful stay!
i called the hotel to clarify a few details, but there was an incessant bleeping noise in the background. the staff member on the phone assured me it would go away and asked me to continue speaking. apply, twice. it wasn't a great first impression! i ordered a waffle, and honestly, i was shocked they charge £17 for it. the quality did not match the price.

I was quite disappointed with a couple of aspects . The TV was not functional during my entire stay and it took a long time for staff to offer a room change, after I already changed rooms once. The breakfast service seemed a bit disorganized. I asked to have hot breakfast delivered to my room when I felt unwell, but the waitress refused it. I expected better coordination and empathy from the staff.
