location is good but room had problems
small room leaky shower
the rooms aint big, i felt squashed. theres no proper space, i had nowhere proper to work. the corridors was dark, kinda. and the shower, well, it leaked, annoyin'.

the location suited my needs perfectly with easy access to major attractions. I found my room very clean and well soundproofed. Complimentary drinks got restocked each day, which i found handy.
my room was quite small. there was no full-length closet for hanging clothes, inconvenient for longer garments.

the staff provided attentive service . when an electric blind malfunctioned, they addressed it promptly. they sent someone for repairs quickly.

the hotel is close to many points of interest. trafalgar square is nearby, and so is charing cross station. there are many restaurants in the area.

Central location, but some issues
chaotic lobby small room
the lobby area was a bit chaotic. the coffee shop is right there, and it always seemed crowded. it was hard to tell where the hotel reception started and the café ended, it created some confusion.. also, the room size felt smaller than i expected. there was barely space to move around with luggage. i wish there had been more storage or a better layout to maximize the space.
