the hotel is located just a short walk from the city center. the staff was very helpful and friendly, doing their best to ensure i had an enjoyable stay. the breakfast offered plenty of options and i found it excellent. i really appreciated the little birthday cake that the hotel provided when they noticed it was my birthday weekend!!!
the swimming pool area serves too many rooms. it wasn't evident that i could get access.

The breakfast buffet was good. It featured a large variety of choices. The hotel gave me a complimentary upgrade and free parking in the garage. The location in the center was excellent. NOTHING could be better.
The room I got overlooked the main square entrance. The room was quite noisy AND cold. I felt the need to use both duvets. The bed was not fixed when housekeeping came. They only replaced the two water bottles.

I thought the room was clean. The king size bed was very comfortable. The breakfast offered much variety. The location allows easy access to many sites. I also found the staff to be very helpful.
The gym requires reservations and is not always available. The pool area is also located in a separate building. This can be inconvenient .

Our stay began with a warm welcome, and the staff was really attentive. The room features elegant modern decor and high ceilings adding to the spacious feel. I especially enjoyed the spa. It provided a relaxing experience. The breakfast included good variety.
