the rooms were large and well decorated i got one with a canal view
the bathroom was set up for disabled use not very romantic the shower sprayed water everywhere drenching the floor on a morning the trash men would load the rubbish right outside our window it was very loud at around 7/8 oclock

The position is great. It's a short walk to all sites. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was charmed to arrive by boat directly to the door. I liked that breakfast had great variety.

The hotel is located just a few minutes from san marco square and rialto bridge. the staff was amazingly kind and helpful. They looked after every single detail very carefully. it also included bath robes and sleepers, helpful.

The hotel provides easy water taxi access right outside the entrance! I found several restaurants and cafés within a five-minute walk. The breakfast setting felt intimate and the variety was great. The staff showed me to my room and greeted me every day for breakfast.
The trash collection happened outside the window early each morning. This was noisy at around 7 or 8 o'clock. I was hoping for a more relaxing start to my holiday after paying a lot of money.

The staff handled every request promptly and professionally. Barbara was attentive to guests. She remembered what coffee or tea we preferred. She also recalled when we usually had it.
