Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is perfectly situated, right between San Marco Square and Rialto Bridge, making it an ideal base for exploring Venice. The rooms are compact and could use some updates, but they do come with very helpful amenities. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Dining offered a good variety, though a vegetarian option would have been appreciated. The location is central to all the attractions, allowing us to easily wander around while enjoying a peaceful atmosphere.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with lovely views onto the Canal and is even better than the online pictures. The location is superb, with major attractions within walking distance. Staff goes above and beyond to assist, despite some minor downsides like high-pressure sales and typical European dining standards.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly comfortable with stunning views of the Canal from three expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. The mix of old-fashioned charm and modern amenities, especially in the updated bathroom, made it perfect. The service was top-notch, with exceptional hospitality from Silvia at breakfast and Federica at the reception. The location was ideal, allowing easy access to both St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge while enjoying the beauty of the smaller canals in between. The dining experience was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, a fantastic choice for a memorable stay in Venice.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had the best pillows I've experienced in Europe. The service was incredibly friendly, although the 'complimentary boat ride' felt a bit like a high-pressure sales pitch. The location couldn't have been better, situated right between the Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square. The dining experience was nice, especially the buffet breakfast. Overall, a great value for money with a few minor downsides.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room had a view of the small canal from the third floor, and I even had the pleasure of enjoying a rooftop balcony at no additional cost. The breakfast was rich but a bit expensive. The service was top-notch, particularly Sylvia, who made sure everything about breakfast was just right. The location was perfect, right by the canal near San Marco square. Dining was a delightful experience with a great buffet selection and scrumptious coffee.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were a treat and lovely to see Venice awakening, spacious and well-equipped. The service was super friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The location couldn't have been more perfect, being centrally located and close to all the key attractions. The dining experience was great with a large selection, especially the omelettes served in bed.
