The location is very convenient near the main station making travel easy. My room was clean with fresh towels and sheets provided daily. The breakfast was in a cheerful space with a large selection of items.
The immediate area surrounding the hotel looked a bit unkempt.

The location is great near the central station. The staff always goes above and beyond to be courteous. Breakfast is abundant for Italy. The train station is close.
Our room did not include a desk area. There was no drawer unit to store clothes. There were no tea-coffee-making facilities in the whole hotel.

I found the location very convenient, especially since i arrived by train. the proximity to the station simplified my travel plans. The hotel's cleanliness was also commendable.

The front desk offered prompt assistance. The location is a short distance from the train station it is a right turn out of the station then another right. The hotel restaurant had good quality food at a reasonable price after a long day of travel it was nice to eat on site.
The shower was small.

the hotel was clean. the staff was very good.
my room lacked tea-coffee-making facilities. there was no bath mat, so getting out of the high-sided bath was difficult. there was little shelf space in the bathroom for toiletries.
