tasty buffet great service convenient location
the staff offered great service. the breakfast buffet was tasty (especially the omelet station). i appreciated the location near the marina and various restaurants.
i found the room to have a slight smell of smoke despite requesting a non-smoking room.

Minor Issues Detracted From the Experience
dirty bathtub low water pressure
The rooftop restaurant really disappointed me. I paid $18 for what was practically half a glass of wine. I later found out the bottle costs only $3! It was like such a rip-off. the bathtub in my room was not clean at all. The shower had almost no water pressure! It was frustrating.

The gym facilities were a real highlight for me. i appreciated the housekeeping services. They kept my room super clean . breakfast was good with many options. the swimming facilities were also great, i used the pool every day.
The room service prices seemed a little high. The value didn't quite match what i expected though it was convenient.

bagdat street was a short distance from the hotel, i walked there easily. many restaurants were close and accessible from the hotel. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

The spa was an amazing place for relaxation, offering various saunas and a hammam. i enjoyed the rooftop restaurants. They provided excellent food and a beautiful view. there was also a functional fitness center.

good hotel, few small problems
perfect location reliable taste sized bathroom rooftop pool
the location its very good, close to restaurant and shopping. breakfast has a good quality, reliable taste and good serving. my room it was nicely decorated and well-lit with a generously sized bathroom. the rooftop pool made me happy.
the hotel tried to add on 1500 lira at the end of my stay when i checking out, claiming room tax. it seems like they were trying their luck because i am tourist.

balanced stay with minor issues
varied breakfast buffet convenient subway access functional gym unusable wi-fi expensive restaurant malfunctioning tv
the gym provided a good space for workouts. i saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the breakfast buffet had great variety. the subway was a ten-minute walk from the hotel.
the wifi was pretty much unusable in my room. i could only get a connection in the reception area. the restaurant upstairs had nice views. but it was very expensive. lights shut off in our room once. the tv stopped working, too.
