the hotel has a beautiful outdoor pool, i thought its view was lovely! breakfast had many options. latife serra was very helpful. she helped me with translation since i don't speak turkish.
The air conditioning clicked every 30 seconds. It made sleeping difficult!

amazing stay, super clean rooms, perfect
clean roomscomfortable bedsfriendly staff
I found the rooms very clean and they stocked the mini fridge, also providing good shower soaps and shampoo. The beds are very comfortable with great soundproofing! i loved the pool area and the restaurants were very good! the staff were very friendly, also room service was very quick.
the location is next to a busy highway though it is not loud unless you open the windows.

The hotel is near the kucukyali metro station, which allows easy access to many parts of the city. Hilltown mall is also a short taxi ride away and offers various shopping and dining options, very practical. public transport is great, so it is easy to get around.

The front desk staff, including ulas and koray, provided really good customer service. Enis and bilal also stood out for their professionalism, always ensuring that i had everything i needed. they were always ready to help, and that's great.

The breakfast buffet includes many choices. The sea view from my room was also very nice. I liked that the hotel is near a shopping center and restaurants. I easily reached the hotel with public transport.
The gym had a limited selection of equipment.
