This hotel truly amazed me with its magnificent rooms, but mine was a bit small. I had booked in advance, and overall, my stay was wonderful. The service was top-notch, the staff were very helpful, and I must say, the location is absolutely perfect. On the downside, the dining experience was inedible, and the Welsh pastry was a letdown.

The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were very helpful throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is perfect, being situated on West Beach. However, the dining experience was a letdown with inedible meals being served. Despite that, the hotel's facilities were impressive.
