My stay at the hotel was overall delightful. The rooms, while a bit humid and spaced out, were still spacious and beautifully designed in clean white and gray colors, which was exactly what I needed after a long flight. The service was top-notch, with welcoming and attentive staff who made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The location, right in the heart of City Walk, was excellent for easy access to various attractions without the hustle and bustle of downtown traffic. The dining experience was superb with a fantastic brunch and a variety of healthy options, although the curries left something to be desired.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms took a bit long to be ready and were near the road, they were surprisingly nice and roomy with the convenience of having 2 toilets. The service was top-notch, with all the staff being helpful, professional, and kind. The location was convenient to reach various places in Dubai, surrounded by good shops and entertainment options. The dining experience was fantastic with a great selection of Middle Eastern and Western options. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff, but some room for improvement in certain areas.
