Fantastic stay, great amenities
short waiting times fun activities amazing organization
I found several bars with short waiting times. I was also very happy that the activities were fun. Boris, Edgar, Michel, Valeria and Carolina were amazing at organizing them.
I found one minor issue, not all dishes were labelled, so I needed to ask staff.

The hotel is right beside the public beach. It was nice to walk along. Fifth avenue is also a short walk. It is an amazing experience and safe for tourists.

All the staff was friendly, and they cleaned up all the trash and sargassum every morning. The beach was clean every day. Victor helped us with luggage at the start of our trip and kept it safe.

The rooms were very clean. This. The cleaning lady was polite and did a wonderful job. I really appreciated it.

I found lots of sporting equipment, for example a soccer ball, football, and volleyball. It was easy to borrow. The pool is very good and well maintained. This is important to me.

I went to the mexican restaurant twice. The food was amazing. The italian and japanese restaurants were also excellent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The buffet is very good!

decent hotel stay
large pool available sunbeds fun pool bar mold smell sulfur shower hard beds
the pool was large with ample space for everyone. i found sunbeds always available. the pool bar was fun , especially with the hot weather.
our room was clean but smelled of mold , the shower water smelled of sulfur. our mini fridge had some pop but no bottled water or beer. our bed and pillows were rock hard.

amazing staff beautiful beach good food variety great prices
the service was very nice, especially from boris, kenneth, kritel, and erandi. they really were very good with their friendliness. antonio at the travel agency offered great prices for excursions, it was super helpful.. we really had an amazing time. the beach is beautiful, and the food had a good variety.
i found the bed to be a bit too firm for my liking.

the room was well-kept. it had a pleasant view of the pool. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. a mini fridge was available for keeping drinks cold .
