Royal Hideaway Playacar All-Inclusive Adults Only Resort, Playa del Carmen

The hotel offers spacious and beautiful rooms with a nice deck to relax on, but there was a slight smell of wet beach wood. The service was exceptional, with staff remembering our names and preferences. The location was luxurious, with a pristine beach and various activities available, but there were some minor issues with other guests. Dining options were varied and enjoyable, overlooking the beach and pools.

My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable. The rooms were lovely, comfortable, and had a huge bed, albeit with a loud 'echo chamber' effect when doors closed. The service was top-notch, with courteous staff throughout the property. The location was nice, although some areas could use a facelift. The dining experience needs improvement, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel offers very nice and spacious rooms with a pleasant deck/lanai to relax on. Although the wardrobe hanging space is a bit limited, the villas are well-divided and have dedicated concierges for assistance. The service provided by Miguel Domingo and Guadalupe was exceptional for our anniversary, however, there was some lack of urgency or care at the restaurant. The location is beautiful and secure, with a lovely man-made reef area for snorkeling nearby. The dining options are good, especially the meat selections, and the facilities are well-maintained.
