I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The modern rooms with balconies and a lovely freestanding bath were a real treat. The Jacuzzi on the balcony looking out over the resort was simply amazing. The service was impeccable with attention to detail from the housekeeping staff and very friendly champagne service. The location on the huge Riviera Maya coast line, right across a bridge over the red mangroves, was breathtaking. The dining experience, with self-serve coffee and delicious vegetarian couscous, was delightful. The facilities were top-notch. However, the price may seem a bit high for some, and the Wi-Fi coverage could have been better.
