I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The room was close to the beach and pool, which was great, but it was a bit noisy at night due to its proximity to the theater. The double beds were comfortable. The service was warm and engaging, although there were some issues with priority access training. The location was perfect, right off the pier, offering an authentic rainforest experience with well-maintained surroundings. The dining options were diverse and satisfying, with delicious potato wedges at the snack bar.
The hotel had two full-size beds in the rooms, plus a nice sitting area with two couches, making it quite comfortable. However, the check-in process was a bit delayed, and the placement of beer in the fridge was unconventional. Despite that, the ambiance was cozy and pleasant, with a fun vibe.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy and had comfortable beds, but it was a shame when the coffee machine broke. The hotel's location between the beach and the main lobby was perfect for exploring. I stayed in a jungle-facing room with two queen beds, equally inviting with a lovely waterfall and monkeys right outside.
