The hotel had spacious rooms, ideal for sharing with kids, with pool access right outside, making the stay very nice and comfortable. The service, although good towards kids, lacked friendliness at times. The location was beautiful but farther from Cancun than expected, with the added benefit of room pool access and convenient access to restaurants. The dining experience was just okay, with some room for improvement. The facilities were well-kept and added to the overall positive experience.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room, although not the one I originally booked online, was surprisingly cute and very spacious, even larger than other hotel rooms I've seen for similar prices. The service was fantastic, especially from Karla, Rocio, and Ricardo who were super friendly and accommodating. The location was lovely and well-kept, but a bit farther from Cancun than expected. The dining experience was okay, with some dishes being average while others were disappointing. The facilities were generally good, providing a nice overall experience.
