My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Despite having to move to a smaller room due to a leak, the new room had a great view and breakfast, and it was very clean. The staff were incredibly sweet and accommodating. However, the initial room situation was a downside.

Wow, what an experience! The room was nothing like the pics and what it showed me I was getting due to my mom and myself was drab, dark, dreary, and dirty. But hey, on the bright side, it was nice and chilly when we got there, and we were able to check in early - how cool is that?
