Fiesta Americana Cozumel All Inclusive, Cozumel

I felt like I hit the jackpot with this hotel! The rooms were spacious, the beds were heavenly, and the view from the 6th floor was simply breathtaking. The 24-hour room service was a game-changer, even though I had to wait until 4:30 pm to check in. Some minor improvements like wider doors and more handicap bars in the bathroom wouldn't hurt, but overall, what more could I ask for?

I was thrilled with the hotel location, facing the sparkling turquoise waters of the Caribbean and close to local restaurants. The service was exceptional, with staff members like Pablo, Alejandra, and Francisco going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. While the lack of beach was a drawback, the quiet atmosphere was ideal for a relaxing getaway. The dining experience provided a variety of delicious options, although the temporary location was a bit inconvenient. Overall, my stay was a delightful experience with excellent service and beautiful surroundings.

The service was exceptional, with staff members like Aurturo, Salvatore, and Manuel going out of their way to make my visit special. The location was perfect, providing a nice-sized resort without feeling overcrowded and offering a pristine ocean experience next to the Chakanaab Park. Although the dining had some hiccups with limited breakfast options, overall, the hotel was a great value for the money.
