fantastic chinatown stay
great location shopping mall taxi access
i found the location superb near chinatown. many massage places were close, and it was easy to grab a taxi. the hotel is part of a shopping mall. this added great convenience. starbucks is even in the building.
i noticed some wear. the hotel felt a little dated and could use some refreshing, but it didn't detract too much from my overall stay.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to local attractions. The sky bar provided superb views, it features a unique rotating platform. The room was clean and offered a comfortable bed and I had amazing panorama.

The location allowed easy access to the metro and nearby attractions. I found the concierge staff particularly attentive and helpful with luggage. The GenZ bar located on my 17th floor provided a convenient nighttime option within the hotel itself.
Karaoke singing during dinner was sometimes loud.

charming stay in a vibrant area!
convenient location helpful housekeeper efficient return
the location suited my needs well. i found the mrt station reasonably close, which aided my travel. the housekeeper was helpful when i left an item behind. i appreciated their honesty and efficiency in returning it.
the breakfast areas needed some attention. the lack of a cute atmosphere was noticeable. there wasn't a space to relax and enjoy a coffee or drink after exploring. i missed having this social vibe.

I found the breakfast AMAZING!!! There were many options available and everything tasted fresh. The staff provided excellent service, always willing to help with a smile. I had a balcony in my room. It featured a amazing city view, especially at night. It was a great addition.
The pool had some dirty floating items, like bugs and leaves. I only stayed there for a few minutes.
