The staff showed attentiveness to my needs. I requested a shower repair and the front desk agent addressed it. The repair was completed in less than 15 minutes. I liked the SERVICE I received.
I had issues waiting in lines. Restaurants were also crowded. I saw preferential treatment for Spanish speakers. I would wait in line for 20 minutes and then see a local get seated before me.
