The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a beautiful view, in a great centralized location not far from the airport and right on the hotel zone. The service by Mr Manuel Palma is exceptional, always accommodating our requests with a welcoming attitude. The dining experience at Pina Coladas surpasses expectations with a variety and quality that rivals five-star hotel buffets. However, the rooms can get quite cold despite the available heater throughout the night.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and had a great big, comfortable bed, offering views of all the poolside fun and the Gulf of Mexico. The service was top-notch with a truly wonderful staff who were very attentive and worked hard to please everyone. The location was fantastic, well-kept with several pools, restaurants, and bars to choose from. The dining experience was exceptional with a wide selection for everyone.
The hotel is ideal for those looking to spend their vacation in the resort rather than in the room. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, although lacking king beds. The service provided by the staff, including Placibo, Jose, Sylvia, Consuelo, and more, is impeccable. The location is convenient, offering easy access to the beach, airport, and various attractions, despite the presence of sales-focused employees from Omni Cancun. The dining experience at the buffet was exceptional, with various options available.
