I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The Romance Villa I stayed in was comfortable and equipped with a big outdoor shower. The A/C, while slightly noisy, served me well. Staff were excellent across the board, always friendly, courteous, and helpful. The location offered beautiful natural wildlife views and constant cleanliness, though some areas needed renovation. Dining experiences were a mix of positives and negatives. The facilities were generally good, catering to various needs.
Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room experience started off rough with unexpected issues but ended well with a move to a romance villa. The service was exceptional with a shoutout to the friendly and helpful staff. The location in the lush jungle was perfect for our needs. However, dining options could be more varied, and some facilities had limited availability.
I had a wonderful stay at the Eldorado. The rooms were large and comfortable, located conveniently close to the lovely main pool. Sharing information with neighbors was easy. The resort's proximity to White Sands restaurants was a bonus. However, there were minor issues with pushy workers promoting spa days and inaccurate information about activities.
My stay at the Colonial was a mix of positives and negatives. The initial room at the White Sands bungalow was without A/C but was quickly changed to a clean room on the Colonial side. The workers were a bit pushy with spa promotions, and some activities had timing confusion. The property is showing some signs of wear, but the service was top-notch, making it a good vacation spot overall.
