My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms with pool access, especially the ones with their own swim-out pool, were fantastic. The Filipino waiter named July was exceptionally attentive and helpful. The place was clean, had hot water, AC, was quiet, and the private swimming pools were a real treat. However, the false hope of the third pool from the top was a bit disappointing.

My stay at the hotel was truly a delight. The rooms, with a jacuzzi on the veranda, offered a nice sea view over the bay and to the city. Everything was very clean, and the bed was nice although it did not look as new as in the pictures. The service was exceptional, from the friendly and helpful staff to the gardener who worked tirelessly in hot and humid conditions. The location, quiet on the hillside overlooking Kata beach, was just perfect. Dining had a large selection and was always fresh, although it could be improved with more fresh juices and cheese options. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything one could need during their stay.
