My premium beautiful king city view room had a very COMFORTABLE bed. I used the shower. Water pressure was good. Breakfast featured many options. I ate a great omelette at the egg station.

The location is quite good! It is near the city center and many attractions. The breakfast had a great selection of food for all tastes. I especially enjoyed the Pho.
The bar staff was not very friendly. the hotel feels somewhat dated, especially considering the price.

the staff were attentive and helpful. the hotel had beauty. breakfast was tasty with vegan and western food choices. the dining room staff treated me well and poured coffee when my cup was empty.
i found the value high for the existing services. there are many hotels nearby with lower prices and the same level. i seemed like i was the one working and they were the visitors.
