daily cleaning attentive staff noisy nightclubs building position
The room had daily cleaning and they always replaced the bottled water. The bathroom was a good size with a very attentive staff member at reception (I didn't get his name).
The pool never gets any sun because the building is sandwiched between other buildings (which was really disappointing). The location is central, so it is easy to sightsee, but it gets noisy at night from nearby nightclubs.

Acceptable Hotel, a Few Issues
soft bed excellent breakfast small room old decoration
The bed and pillows were soft. The breakfast was excellent. Access to spa was good at sister hotel. I liked that the hotel was near the royal palace.
I found the room too small. Its decoration was very old. There was no hot water. I think the room is uncomfortable if you come with much luggage.

The breakfast was good and the staff provided excellent service.
The description was misleading. The photos showed a rooftop pool and modern rooms. The rooms are old.

broken shower rooftop pool
The staff were very polite they helped us with our laundry.
The bathroom was not good it flooded easily because of a broken shower. The products for the shower were also broken I found this disappointing.
