the staff was helpful with directions! the limousine bus from haneda airport stops right at the hotel lobby. a convenience store is located on the first floor for easy access. i found many useful amenities in my room from skincare to bath products.
the air conditioning seemed centrally controlled. i couldn't adjust it to my preferred temperature, resulting in a slightly warmer room than i would have liked.

The limousine bus to the airports stops right at the hotel entrance. It made transfers smooth. a lawson convenience store is conveniently located in the lobby, i liked it. the varied breakfast buffet had many options, i enjoyed it.
the room was clean, but the air con was a little sketchy.

the hotel is near various train stations and shops, so it was convenient.
the staff seemed odd at the reception (nasal singing instead of normal speaking). they didn't listen and preferred to rattle off a script in incomprehensible english, although i speak japanese. the sound isolation was terrible (i could hear cars, motorcycles, sirens, and even the wind).

The hotel's location was convenient with train stations and bus routes nearby. i liked the convenience store inside the hotel, and the assortment of free amenities in the lobby was useful. These included hair bands, lotion, and toothbrushes. the airport limousine to haneda was also inexpensive. This made travel easy. there was also a convenience store on the second floor, open 24/7, very helpful.
The room temperature control had some issues. I couldn't adjust it to my comfort though

The hotel has machines for laundry, a paid service. a free ice machine is available on each floor. This is a nice touch. vending machines offering drinks are also on each floor.

I found the breakfast to be excellent with many choices available. the hotel includes a convenience store on floor two for purchasing snacks. This is really helpful. this made late-night snacking easy. This was a plus.

The hotel is a short walk to the train. the hotel is near the new toyosu fish market. This is a great benefit. it is convenient to explore odaiba from here. I found it easy.

Cabs could be hired at reception with the click of a button. a free shuttle service to and fro the hotel was available. self-check-in and check-out machines worked smoothly. I am thankful.
